Las Cruces, NM – After a strange turn of events the full State Senate is expected to vote on a Domestic Partnership Bill by week's end. As KRWG's Evan Woodward reports, the bill squeaked out of the Senate Judiciary Committee Monday, after a 6-5 vote.
