Las Cruces, NM – Officials with the Gila National Forest lifted fire restrictions yesterday after the region saw considerable rainfall over Memorial Day Weekend. But as KRWG's Evan Woodward reports, forest officials are warning visitors to remain careful with the peak fire season fast approaching.
