Goodwill To Hold "Breaking Bad" Auction

Memorabilia from the AMC hit television series "Breaking Bad" is scheduled to be auctioned to benefit Albuquerque-area Goodwill stores.

The Albuquerque Journal reports that Goodwill Industries of New Mexico is holding an auction Saturday, which will include DEA hats and mock certificates used by the characters from the show.

Shauna O'Cleireachain, Goodwill Industries of New Mexico's chief administration officer, says the group received the donation of "Breaking Bad" memorabilia after it allowed the production company to use Goodwill items for some of the show's scenes.

"Breaking Bad," which was filmed largely in Albuquerque, follows former high school teacher Walter White, played by Bryan Cranston, producing and selling methamphetamine with a former student, Jesse Pinkman, played by Aaron Paul.

The series ends on Sept. 29.
