Las Cruces, NM – With the General Election around the corner, rural communities in many states from Oklahoma to New York are hopeful the next President will stem the flow of illegal immigration with beefed up border security. But doing so means untangling the web of communities along the U-S/ Mexico border. As Marco Grajeda reports from New Mexico, come November the fate of these communities is in the hands of local voters.
