Las Cruces, NM – Several dignitaries are expected to attend a ceremony launching the International Relations Institute at New Mexico State University, including the Governor of Kansas and a former U-S Ambassador to Qatar. As KRWG's Charles Winiecki reports, the Institute's goal is to connect the university and the state of New Mexico with the world.
