  District One City Councilor and Mayoral candidate, Miguel G. Silva paced the floor last night at his election night headquarters at the Launch Pad Café frequently looking at the election returns. When the final results came in his mayoral bid was not to be losing to incumbent mayor Ken Miyagashima. Silva spoke to Edmundo Resendez about his loss and upcoming plans.
