Las Cruces City Councilors Hold Public Meetings

Residents throughout Las Cruces will have a chance to discuss issues with their city councilors during meetings held in their respective districts in December.

“This is a really good opportunity for residents in these city council districts to interact with their representatives and discuss current issues,” said Jamey Rickman, community liaison for the City of Las Cruces.

Rickman added that by attending these meetings, Las Crucens actively help improve their community.  “There are many ways that people can provide input to the City, but attending the councilors’ meetings is a direct approach to hear what your neighbors are saying, identify common interests and to work together as a group with your local representative for solutions.”

Anyone who is not sure who their city councilor is should contact Rickman at 541-2192 or email at jrickman@las-cruces.org with a physical address for look-up assistance.
