Las Cruces CCA is an all-volunteer concert organization, presenting an annual performance series in Las Cruces, NM. Their 2016-2017 series features world-class performers: Brandon Ridenour: Sunday, October 9, 2016 at 3:00 p.m., Sonic Escape: Thursday, November 17, 2016 at 7:30 p.m., Alina Kiryayeva: Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. andKubecca: Sunday, March 19, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. All concerts will be held at Rio Grande Theatre.
Come help LCCCA celebrate their 2016-2017 season. Subscription price to the Season series is $60 (children up to age 17 are admitted free with a ticketed adult). Season tickets include reciprocity for concerts in Silver City, and Carlsbad. The fee for unaccompanied students will be $5 at the door. Single tickets for each concert will be $25.

Las Cruces Civic CA has been presenting nationally acclaimed entertainment to the Mesilla Valley since 1944. The association has featured world-class artists such as The von Trapp Family Singers, Black Mountain Male Choir of Wales and New York Theatre Ballet.

Brandon is a Virtuoso Trumpeter, former member of the Canadian Brass and winner of the 2014 Concert Artists Guild Competition. His wide-ranging activities as a soloist and chamber musician paired with his passion for composing and arranging, are manifested in his versatile performances and unique repertoire. Brandon, a Juilliard School graduate, will be accompanied by piano.

Juilliard graduates Shawn Wyckoff and Maria Millar perform Celtic with a Twist, combining the tunes you love with flute & fiddle and playing like you’ve never heard before. They have been featured on the celebrated stages of Carnegie Hall, The Kennedy Center and Lincoln Center. Shawn & Maria will take your breath away as they transform the flute & fiddle into a Celtic orchestra right before your eyes.

Concert pianist and chamber musician, Alina is globally renowned for her powerful command of the instrument, her unique interpretations and clarity of sound. She has won numerous awards, and she is one of few classical pianists who completed both Bachelor and Master degrees at The Juilliard School of Music on full scholarship.
