Authorities say a Las Cruces man is dead after a rollover accident.
Dona Ana County Sheriff's deputies responded to the crash about 1 p.m. Wednesday.
They say 57-year-old Louis Gariano was declared dead at the scene.
Deputies say speed and alcohol appear to be factors in the rollover and Gariano reportedly wasn't wearing a seat belt.
Authorities say another person in the vehicle at the time of the crash escaped injury.
