Las Cruces Police are investigating a stabbing that critically injured a 39-year-old man Thursday evening.
At about 7:30 p.m. Thursday, July 28, Las Cruces Police were dispatched to an area near El Caldito Soup Kitchen where a 39-year-old man was suffering from a stab wound to his neck. The victim lost a lot of blood and was in critical condition when he was airlifted to University Medical Center of El Paso.
His injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.
No arrests have been made and information on a possible suspect, or suspects, is not available at this time.
