Federal authorities say nearly all of 28 people charged in Las Cruces last spring with illegal drug trafficking have now pleaded guilty.
The U.S. Attorney's Office says 45-year-old Javier Castruita of Anthony, N.M., on Monday became the 24th person to plead guilty in the case, which resulted from a multi-agency investigation.
The U.S. Attorney's Office in Albuquerque say one person remains a fugitive and that charges against three other people have been dismissed.
