Santa Fe, NM – New Mexico Attorney General-Elect Hector Balderas launched a constituent-focused transition website for his upcoming administration.
The website,www.balderaselect.com, will operate as a central hub for matters and information related to the transition. It will also help the incoming administration communicate with New Mexicans by allowing citizens to submit their suggestions, concerns and questions directly to Balderas’ transition team.
“I want to make it clear to New Mexicans that the Attorney General’s Office belongs to them and that it can only function at the highest level with their participation,” said Attorney General-Elect Balderas. “I campaigned on the promises of being the people’s advocate and making New Mexico’s public safety and economic security my top priorities. From day one, I will fulfill those promises as Attorney General, and I am committed to proactively engaging New Mexico’s communities as we work to protect our children and families.”
Attorney General-Elect Balderas also announced that his transition team has started the hiring process for his upcoming administration. Individuals interested in working for the Attorney General’s Office should visit the “Careers” section of www.balderaselect.com to submit their information.
“I look forward to working with existing staff at the Attorney General’s Office and other talented professionals who will join us in serving the people of New Mexico,” Balderas added.
