NM-02: Polls Pushing Camps To Clash By The Numbers

Las Cruces, NM – Both Jeff Steinborn and Gary King have a public opinion poll indicating their campaign is ahead of the other. In fact, they paint distinctly opposite results. Showing the defeat of their opponent by sizable margins. Polling is an expensive exercise and with both candidates preparing to face a million dollar Pearce campaign in the Fall, it is an exercise not to be taken lightly. The King poll touts the name recognition enjoyed by the son of former governor Bruce King. The Steinborn poll places more significance on campaign messages and Southern New Mexico experience.
