New Mexico State University’s Cooperative Extension Service specialists will be answering questions and helping people determine the causes and possible solutions for their plant problems.

Everyone is invited to bring their plants, photos and questions to the listed local farmers markets. Experts will help determine problems caused by diseases, insects, nutritional deficiency or the environment, among others.

The Plant Clinic tour will begin Saturday, Sept. 6, at Los Ranchos Market in Albuquerque.

Carol Sutherland, entomologist, and Jason French, plant diagnostic clinician and pesticide program coordinator, along Natalie Goldberg, plant pathologist, all from the Extension Plant Sciences department will be answering questions.

On Sunday, Sept. 7, the group will be at the Corrales Farmers Market in Corrales, New Mexico, and on Sept. 11 they will be answering questions at the Socorro Farmers Market in Socorro, New Mexico, ending their tour Sept. 12 in Albuquerque at the Hubble House.
