Las Cruces, NM – Governor Bill Richardson is now accepting applicants to fill Steve Lewis' seat as New Mexico State University Regent. Lewis was asked to resign last week by Richardson after he was charged with illegally drugging and transporting elk. KRWG's Marco Grajeda has this report.
