Police Look For Suspects Who Stole NMSU Golf Cart

  Las Cruces Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest of two men suspected of stealing a golf cart from an academic building at New Mexico State University.

NMSU police learned that during the early-morning hours of Saturday, July 12, two men entered the courtyard of O’Donnell Hall and stole a golf cart belonging to the Learning Resource Center. Evidence from the courtyard indicates the men damaged the golf cart as they drove it through a pedestrian gate on the west side of O’Donnell Hall.

A surveillance camera located outside O’Donnell Hall captured images of the two men as they took the golf cart.

The men are believed to have driven the golf cart from O’Donnell Hall south through Precidado Park toward a campus residential area.

Anyone with information on this case, or who is able to identify of the suspects, is asked to call Las Cruces Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or send a tip via text message to CRIMES (274637), keyword LCTIPS.
