The Animal Services Center of the Mesilla Valley is hosting its 3rd annual “Spirit of 1776” adoption event beginning Thursday, July 4.
The event offers a reduced adoption fee of $17.76 for shelter animals, which includes all age-appropriate vaccinations, a spay/neuter procedure and a microchip.
Animals will be available for adoption on Thursday, July 4 at PetCo on Lohman from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and also at the main shelter, 3551 Bataan Memorial West, from noon to 3 p.m.
On Saturday, July 6 animals will be up for adoption at PetCo on Lohman from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and also at the Farmer’s Market in Downtown Las Cruces from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
