The New Mexico Office of the Medical Investigator says a month-old Roswell baby suffered from blunt head and neck trauma before dying.
The Roswell Daily Record reports the September 2013 death of Jonathan Miller was a homicide.
Miller had broken ribs, bite marks and other injuries. He was admitted to Eastern New Mexico Medical Center in Roswell on Sept. 7, 2013, and was transferred to University of New Mexico Hospital in Albuquerque a day later. He was declared brain dead on Sept. 10, 2013.
Police have not charged anyone in connection to the baby's death. But a spokesman says the investigation is ongoing.
