Senate Bill Limiting Campaign Contributions Clears Key Committee

Santa Fe, NM – A bill limiting campaign contributions to candidates in New Mexico has cleared a key legislative committee. The Senate Rules Committee Wednesday morning unanimously approved a measure that is a combination of several different proposals. That bill will now be carried by committee member, Senator Peter Wirth. KUNM's Jim Williams has details from the capitol.
