Udall Urges Colleagues to Approve Tobacco Regulation Act

Las Cruces, NM – New Mexico's Junior United States Senator is urging his colleagues to give the FDA the authority to regulate tobacco companies. As KRWG's Marco Grajeda reports, U.S. Senators are considering a proposal that empowers the federal agency to control how tobacco products are sold and what goes in them.
