Motorists are advised several streets will be closed in downtown Las Cruces for the Veterans Day parade, Saturday, Nov. 9, from 7 – 11 a.m. The staging area will take place on Amador Ave. between Main St. and Campo St., and Lohman Ave, between Main St. and Alameda Blvd.
Closures are:
· Church Street, including crossroads at Hadley Ave., Las Cruces Ave., and Amador.
· Water Street, including crossroads at Mountain Ave., Hadley, Court Ave., Las Cruces, Griggs Ave. and May Ave.
· Main and Picacho at City Hall.
The parade begins at 9 a.m. Closures will be lifted immediately after the parade.
