Las Cruces – Las Cruces motorists are advised that Lohman Avenue will have lane closures for approximately three weeks starting Monday.

The closure may affect RoadRUNNER Transit Route No. 60, 70 and 90.

Motorists wanting to avoid possible delays should seek an alternative route.

Virgin Galactic Inks 20 Year Lease with New Mexico

Las Cruces, NM – Today the State of New Mexico and Virgin Galactic will execute a 20 year lease for the company to operate at Spaceport America in Sierra County. As KRWG's Evan Woodward reports, Spaceport America Executive Director Steve Landeene says the legally binding agreement could lead to as much as 250 million dollars of revenue coming into the state.

NMSU Names DeWayne Walker as Head Football Coach

Walker was most recently the Defensive Coordinator for the University of California Los Angeles. NM 90 Reopened

Las Cruces, NM – Officials at the New Mexico Department of Transportation and local law enforcement have reopened New Mexico 90, between Lordsburg and Silver City.

The road had been closed to both eastbound and westbound traffic due to snow pack and icy conditions.

However, motorists without four wheel drive vehicles or tire chains are encouraged to use alternate routes.
